Shipping Timelines

 Shipping Disclaimer:  

 

All packages are shipped USPS First Class Mail, from Orange County, CA. Tracking information will be sent to your email inputted at checkout. Once USPS has picked up your package, we are not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays such as weather, strikes, natural disasters, missed delivery or returned packages.

Once orders are completed within the production timeline. They are placed in line for packing and shipping. We ship through USPS First Class Mail, unless upgraded shipping fees have been arranged. To speed up the process, we purchase our postage ahead of time, and have an email sent to you the day that the order will be packed up and shipped out. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder. Due to the policies with our website, we are unable to alter the name or address it is sent too, so please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout. Postage is printed directly to what you input.

Once tracking is issued, please allow up to 48hrs for the tracking to update for a delivery date. The purchase date of the postage maybe different than the shipping date. Since we ship in bulk, orders are packed in bulk mail totes, and picked up daily at our location in Orange County, CA.

 

If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact us by email, with your order number or email address used at checkout. We do not answer any questions about orders via any social media platforms. Since our workdays are long in the shop, please allow 48-72 hrs. for us to respond to your email. Please don’t think we are ignoring you, but we do respond to emails during off business hours, so we are able to make the most of the day to produce our jewelry.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Once processed through USPS customs, packages may take up to 2 weeks to receive in your country’s postal customs. Depending on your customs timelines, may take another 3-5 days to clear for delivery to you. If your postal carrier charges a 'Customs Fee', they may hold your package until fees are paid. You may receive a note from your postal carrier if your package is held for fees due.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM FEES. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURED TO SENDER TO DUE UNPAID / DENIED FEES. WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.YOU WILL BE FORFITTING THE PACKAGE. DUE TO NATURE & CUSTOM SIZINGS OF OUR PRODUCT ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Additional shipping fees will be needed for redelivery. 

If your tracking shows Delivered, please check your mailbox. We are not responsible for mail theft or if your postal carrier delivers to a wrong address, and or places your package in a spot other than your mailbox. Please contact USPS with the tracking number to find out where your package was left or contact your local postal carrier.

If tracking is updated and shows Undeliverable, there may have been an issue with your postal carrier delivering your package such as incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. There may be fees due on the package. In some cases, USPS will leave a note for you explaining what the reason is and, in some cases, USPS may hold your package for pick up for a day or two. 

 

If your package is being held at your local postal carrier and is not picked up by you, your postal carrier may Return to Sender due to no one picking up.

If your package is returned to us, additional shipping fees will be needed to redelivery.
